I think Tedros Adhanom thought CoronaVirus outbreak was contained in Wuhan, China. But praising China's effort and not warning the rest of theowrld at this point should not have been be The WHO.
I don't think even if he warned the world about Coronavirus back then could have prevented the pandemic, but if there was a warning few less people may have been dead from Coronavirus. For that WHO is responsible.

In Washington State, businesses are slowly opening. Although we are still far away from being normal, but the progress is there. I am very happy to see car wash being allowed. Driving a clean car is great.

How does the UIS Governemnt define "Small Business"?
If you are in business and your business has less than 500 employees or less, you are eligible for The Small Business Administration (SBA) loan. So, that sounds like a good measure of small business.
However, if you are in healthcare indistry, This is what they say. If you have 50 or fewer full-time equivalent (FTE) employees you’re considered a small business under the health care law.
I think if you have a privately owned company with 500 employees, you are not a small business. Bit that is me.
