I'm all ears!!!
One of the most important skills of a sales is to listen to your customers. There are just too many sales people trying to sell what they have and trying explain the benefits.
The only way people would buy anything is that there is a need for what you have. Without the needs, you are selling what they do not need. They may buy it once but they will not come back to you again.
Even if you do not sell anything, if you listen, you know what they want. You will create a lasting relationship. That is more important than the one sale you may have.
