Most government projects came out of the needs of people, but grown into a money pit. To govern that, we need to spend more money.
I can give you two projects.
Drug treatment ... Government offers nor charge to the people who need treatment but pays providers ample amount pf money. It sounds like a good idea, but for providers, when those people get well, they will loose revenue. So, it is in their interest to keep them coming back.
Infrastructure Improvement ... When you look at road constructions, they seem to never end. They actually don't end. People/Companies work on those jobs are paid so lang as they keep working. It is not inter interest to finish project.
I just mentioned two of the money pits that government are facing. Tax money must be used to do the job but the people who work on those project have no incentive to finish the jobs.
That is the difference between the government job and private sector jobs.

If you use Alibaba wisely, it is a great place for something like this.
In the beginning, there was an email. It was created back in the ‘60s to share information with the people who were using a computer running time-sharing system. When the microcomputer (PC) was introduced, one of the first things people created was a way to send messages to each other. Then there were services like America Online, Compuserve what provided email system between users. That was replaced by the Internet. Now you can communicate with any device that is connected to the Internet.
Now, communication is taking place without any human. Devices are communicating with each other, talking a language only they can understand, at a speed that far surpasses the human communication capability.
Back to human communication. Nowadays, many people, especially younger generations, prefer communication with text (email and messages) rather than face-to-face or on the telephone. Sometimes I think those people do not need telephone capability on their smartphones. And even when they are talking on the phone, they are not using a telephone … they are using VoIP (Voice Over IP) apps like Skype, Facebook, FaceTime, Line and so on.
Email has been adopted by corporations from an early stage as a means of communicating with others. But messaging (text messaging) has not been adopted by corporations. That is because messaging in general are communication method between individuals without having any records being kept. Corporations do not like that. But messaging provides faster and more immediate communication.
The next stage in the evolution (already happening) is the adaptation of messaging by corporations. We need to create a universal messaging protocol that every device can interface. Like email software, no matter what your email software is, everyone can communicate with others. Messaging must get to that point. When that happens, messaging will be widely used by corporations and individuals like email.
The next stage of our focus development will be a messaging system which we can adopt in the future to the standard messaging system when it is available.
