For today's lunch, I made pasta using homemade ingredients to maintain a low-salt diet and shared it with my staff. Everyone added a little salt to their liking. The pasta was made using only "frozen onion chop," "frozen sliced peppers," "reduced-salt bacon," "garlic," "jalapeno pickles," and "Parmesan cheese." Overall, I think it turned out well, except that the noodles turned out a bit too soft. Despite making a large amount, all three of us finished it. I'm glad everyone enjoyed it and ate a lot.
