I have been looking for a new set of irons (golf clubs).
Long long time I ago, our company developed one of the first online golf equipment sales company with ProGolf Discount, Seattle based golf retailer. The site was, https://www.discountgolf.com. It still exist as one of the major golf online retail business. When this business started, manufacturers are not involved that much in online business. Thus, it was a true prices wars.
Nowadays, regardless of which online retailer you go to, you almost always get the same price. I do not know if that is a good thing but that is the way it is now. So I stop buying online because there is price advantage. However this time, I spend more time looking online. Then I found https://benhogangolf.com
I do not know much about this company except its name. Every golfer knows who Ben Hogan is. But the clubs? They do not sell through retail chain. No other website sells Ben Hogan Golf equipments. It looks like manufacturer direct only and price is at least 30% cheaper than any other manufacturers.
Direct sales business model is the future but it wil kill the retail stores. I ordered my new set of irons (customized online). I will let you know if I like the product.

I build my business without borrowing money except to purchase the buildings that we occupy. But sometime I wonder I should have brewed money to grow business faster.
It is true that borrowed money is much easier to use than the money you made. I become more conservative.
Before we borrow money we need business plan to use that money. I am not daring enough to come pu with the plan. It is the conflict I always felt.
