走路にスピードバンプがあるように、仕事にもスピードバンプがあります。何もかも問題なくスムーズに行くことなんて何ですよね。必ずなにか問題が出てきます。それを乗り越えないと次にはいけません。問題が何も無いことのほうが本当に珍しい。大切なのは問題に速やかに対応して次に進むこと。スピードバンプが怖くて先に進めなければそこで止まるか引き返すしかありません。

You have to overcome it to move forward. It's really rare for things to go without a hitch. What's important is to address problems promptly and move on to the next step. If you're afraid of the speed bumps and can't move forward, you'll either stop there or turn back.
