その時に聞いたのが、一般的なスリラッチャソースが今唐辛子不足で生産ができていないそうです。そのためインターネットでは1本 $60以上の値段がついています。会社のスリラッチャソースももうすぐなくなるので大切に使わないと。日本の皆さん、お渡ししたスリラッチャソースは今は貴重品なのだそうです。お楽しみください。
During my previous business trip to Japan, I gave Sriracha sauce as a gift. However, when I went to a restaurant today, I noticed a different brand of Sriracha sauce on the table. I had never seen this brand before, so I decided to give it a try, but unfortunately, it didn't taste good. I could distinctly taste the excessive saltiness.
I asked about it at the time and learned that the shortage of chili peppers is currently affecting the production of traditional Sriracha sauce. As a result, on the internet, prices for a single bottle have soared to over $60. Our company's supply of Sriracha sauce is also running low, so we need to use it sparingly. It appears that the Sriracha sauce I gave to everyone in Japan has now become a precious commodity. Please enjoy it wisely.
