コントラスト CT SCAN の結果

昨日の朝行ったCT scanの結果がドクターからメールで送られてきました。メールといっても一般的なメールではなく病院のポータルサイトで見れるメッセージのことです。

The liver lesions are small and stable
No new lesions seen

短いメッセージですが、良いメッセージです。あと 3ヶ月にして行っていたCT scanですが次は6ヶ月後になりました。良いことなんだと思います。今週の金曜日にドクターに会って肝臓のバイオプシーをするかどうか確認することになると思います。まずは問題ないと思いますができれば病院にはあまり行きたくないものです。心配していただいた皆様ありがとうございます。今のところ大丈夫です。

Yesterday morning, I received the results of the CT scan I underwent via a message sent by the doctor through the hospital's portal site.

"Dear Ken,

The liver lesions are small and stable. No new lesions seen."

Though it's a brief message, it carries positive news. Additionally, the interval for the CT scan, which I've been undergoing every three months, has now been extended to six months. I see this as a positive development. I anticipate meeting with the doctor this Friday to discuss whether a liver biopsy is necessary. While I believe everything is fine for now, I'd prefer to avoid frequent hospital visits if possible. Thank you to everyone who expressed concern. So far, everything seems to be alright.
