本日はラーメン特集に掲載している「ラキラキラーメン」をレポートします。
皆さん、もち粉を使った麺を食べたことはありますか？
初めての感触で、もちもちとした麺にスープが絡み合います。
オーナーさんからのおすすめである、豚骨ブラックエディションラーメンをいただきました！
豚骨なのに臭みや脂っこさが全くなく、食べやすい味になっています。
実はラーメンだけではなく、JCK（Junya Crispy Chicken）もいただきました。
これはラキラキラーメンオリジナルの唐揚げであり日本の唐揚げとは少し味が違い、スパイスが効いた味付けです。
どんな味？って気になった方は、是非お店に足を運んでください！

Today, I would like to review "Raki Raki Ramen" from our Ramen Guide 2021.
Have you ever had noodles made with mochi flour?
The noodle texture is chewy and it is entwined with the soup.
The texture would be something you never tired.
I had the "Tonkotsu black edition ramen" recommended by the owner, Junya-san!
Although it is pork bone, it has no odor or greasiness and has an easy-to-eat taste.
Not only the ramen, but I also had JCK (Junya Crispy Chicken).
This is Raki Raki original fried chicken, which has a slightly different taste from Japanese fried chicken and is seasoned with spices.
You wanna know the taste of their ramen?
Then you must try Raki Raki ramen!

San Diego Ramen Guide vol.1：から味ラーメン／Karami Ramen 🔥

今日は掲載したお店の中から「から味ラーメン」をレポートしたいと思います！
から味ラーメンでは何度か食事はしたことがあるのですが、
今回は一番辛い「赤鬼ラーメン」に挑戦してみました！👹
今回はお店に行く前から辛い物を食べるぞー！という気合を入れて行きました（笑）
そして、いざ実食。
旨辛！！！
辛さの中にコクとうまみがあって、ずっと食べていたくなる味でした。
私は辛い物が好きなので、追加でスパイスをもらって追加しました🔥
から味ラーメンでは、追加で３種類のスパイスがもらえて
お好みの辛さに調節できます！
赤鬼ラーメンの辛さを２倍にもできるということなので、次回は２倍の辛さに挑戦してみようかな...と考えております（笑）
私のから味ラーメンの好きなところは、ただ辛いだけでなく旨辛！
というところです。
もちろん辛いラーメン以外も美味しいので、辛い物が苦手な方にも
おススメするラーメン店です。
赤鬼ラーメンと合わせてスパイシー炒飯も頂いたのですが、
これがまた美味しい...🤤
べちゃっとしていなくて、またこれも旨辛🔥
毎回行くたびにお気に入りを見つけてしまう”から味ラーメン”。
皆様に是非一度足を運んでほしい一軒です。

Did you check our Ramen Guide 2021?
Today I gonna review "Karami Ramen" from our guide.
I have been to Karami Ramen before, but I have never tried the spiciest ramen there which is "Akaoni Ramen"👹
To be honest, I thought the taste would be mostly spicy and I will end up keep drinking water...
BUT
The taste is so Umakara! (spicy × savory taste ).
The spiciness was not something that makes your mouth burn.
I love spicy food so I got extra spices and add to my ramen bowl.
You can get three kinds of extra spices at Karami ramen, so
you can pick your favorite spice and adjust the spiciness level.
The owner told me they can make Akaoni ramen double spicy so I am thinking to try the double spicy Akaoni Ramen next time haha
Even if you don't like spicy foods, they have non-spicy ramen those are good as well.
I found my favorite food at Karami Ramen every time I visit them...
This is one of my favorite ramen places in San Diego, so I hope you guys will like it too!

University Heights では珍しい２階にテラス席がある作りとなっていて、
天気のいい日には２階のテラス席で美味しいビールとお食事を頂けます！
店内にはワンちゃんも同伴でき、毎週 ”Kairoa Dog of the week" という
イベントをやっていて、Kairoa Brewing CompanyのSNSなどで愛犬を紹介してもらえます！
食べ物のメニューも豊富で、ビーガンのメニューもあります。
天気のいい週末をKairoa Brewing Company で過ごしてみるのはいかがでしょうか？🍺

This is one of my favorite brewery in San Diego!
It makes me want to go there when the weather is good ☀️
I always sit upstairs because the view is so good!
No only the view, of course the beers and foods are good as well.
I had "Smoked barbacoa Lamb Fries" and "Bleu Merguez Sausage".
For beer, I had "Rye and Dry (Dry hopped saison).
The beer was hoppy and fruity which is my favorite type of beer 😂
I recommend you to go to kairoa Brewing Company on the sunny day to enjoy the weather and beer! 🍺

今日は飲み物のレビューをしたいと思います！
Quantum Brewing
サンディエゴのオフィスからすぐのところにある小さなブリュワリーです。
店内の雰囲気も良く、ビールが進みます。
今回私たちが頂いたのは、
・Project 66 (Hazy IPA)
・White Dwarf
・Bluberry π
です。
サッパリしたビールが好きな方には”White Dwarf"をお勧めします。
こちらのビールは暑い夏にピッタリです。
たくさんの種類のビールがあるので、皆さんも自分好みのビールを見つけてみてください！

This brewery is located so close from our San Diego office, so we go to grab a beer after work sometimes.
The owner is so friendly and he will help you to find your favorite beer.
If you are looking for a chilled place to enjoy variety of beers, this is the place.
My favorite is "White Dwarf".
It's refreshing and smooth which is so good for summer days! ☀️
This is place is dog friendly as well 🐶

We had Soul you with chashu pork belly ramen and Spicy red buta ramen.
The chashu was so juicy and tender that melted in my mouth!

開店前には行列が！
開店後すぐのパンは出来立てほやほやで何とも言えない美味しさ！
私のお気に入りは Strawberry Pistachio Croissantです🍓
あとBlueberry Lemon Scone は人気商品で、すぐに売り切れてしまうので要注意です！

I always wondered why there is a line so I decided to try it... and
OMG
so so so GOOD!
Their pastries are so flaky, buttery, and so delicious!
I recommend "Strawberry Pistachio Croissant", it's not too sweet and the combination of strawberry and pistachio is amazing!
Also, the blueberry lemon scone is so good and always sells out if you are not there early enough.
You need to try this place and it's well worth the visit!

店内にはたくさん席があり、コンセントも豊富にあるので
勉強やちょっとしたお仕事にもバッチリです！
作業の合間に甘いマンゴーのデザートを食べて糖分補給🤤
今回はかき氷は食べなかったのですが、ふわふわの氷とフレッシュなマンゴーの組み合わせは最高です！
暑い夏、冷たいかき氷を食べて一息いかがですか？

私のお気に入りは、ビーガンのDream Come True というお弁当です！
全部肉・魚を使ってないとは思えないクオリティと、７種類ものソースがついてきて
いろんなソースを組み合わせりして楽しく頂きました！

Today's San Diego Town introduces
Raki Raki on Convoy street.
The vegan bento box (Dream Come True Vegan Bento Box) was surprisingly amazing and I could not believe they did not use any meat and fish!
It came with 7 types of sauces so you can find your own combination of food and sauce :)
My favorite was "Ume Glaze" sauce.
There aren't many Japanese restaurants serving vegan menus, so if you are looking for a vegan Japanese place, this is it!
