秋田・青森県を中心に展開している、ラーメン錦グループ。
その中でサンディエゴでも三店舗を展開している麵屋うるとらさんのご紹介です。
北海道産の小麦「春よ恋」を使用した麺は、新鮮な味わいです。
そして、スープは豚骨白湯で豚骨でありながらもさっぱりとした味が新鮮な麺とよく絡み合います！
個人的に豚骨ラーメンが大好きなので、今回は豚骨ラーメンをいただきましたがパイコー担々麺も人気。
そして、ラーメンだけでなく名古屋風唐揚げも皆さんにおすすめの一品です！
甘辛のタレがかかった唐揚げと黒ゴマがクセになります。
これは、おすすめです！

Ramen Nishiki Group, which operates mainly in Akita and Aomori prefectures.
Among them, San Diego also has three stores Menya Ultra .
Noodles made from Hokkaido wheat "Haruyo Koi" that have a fresh taste.
And the soup is slow-cooked pork broth, and the refreshing taste is well entwined with the fresh noodles!
I personally love Tonkotsu ramen, so I had Tonkotsu ramen this time, but Paiko Tantan Men are also popular.
Not only ramen but also Nagoya-style fried chicken is recommended for everyone!
Fried chicken with sweet and spicy sauce and black sesame are addictive.
This is recommended!
