会社にあった乾麺の蕎麦をつかてかけそばを作り食べました。

昨日から歯茎が腫れていて痛いのであまり噛まないで食べられるもの、寒いので温かいものを考えた結果がこのかけ蕎麦です。

歯茎が痛いこともあって昨日はゆく眠れませんでした。今日は眠いです。

 

I used the dried soba noodles I found at the office to make and eat soba noodles with broth.
Since my gums have been swollen and painful since yesterday, I thought of something easy to eat without much chewing, and considering the cold weather, I ended up with this soba noodles in broth.
Due to the gum pain, I couldn't sleep well last night. I'm feeling sleepy today.
