They do a good job communicating with everybody and also keep managers up to date on all the regulations. It's essential to have good HR department regardless of the size of the company. It is unfortunate that emails like this are hoax ... It is even worse, they are phishing emails. They tell you you won something and ask you to verify your ID by entering user name and password. You already know this. Sometime they are emails from your banks. Sometime they are from company its like Microsoft and Google. So, do not respond to them. If you are really curious, call the company directly to find out, but do not call the number on the email.
