Today, July 7th, 2025, marks the beginning of PSPINC’s 38th year in business.

 

When I started this company in 1987 on Mercer Island, it was just me — one person with a vision to build software that could bridge cultures, especially between Japan and the United States. We began with Japanese-language software exports and evolved into a full-service internet and SaaS company supporting thousands of businesses across both countries.

 

Looking back, I could have never imagined how far we would come — nor how many wonderful people I would get to work with along the way. I am deeply grateful to all of our customers, partners, and the team members past and present who made this journey possible.

 

Technology has changed dramatically over the years, but our mission has not:
To help businesses grow by providing reliable, innovative, and meaningful tools and services.

 

As we enter our 38th year, we’re more motivated than ever to continue improving, challenging ourselves, and serving our communities with the same passion we had on day one.
