つれづれなるままに

米国は今日からメモリアルウィークエンドとして
三日間の連休が続きます。

この連休を境にシアトルでは
夏が始まると言っても良いかと思います。

昨年の今日は
子供らにつられて山奥にキャンプへ行きました。

今年は足にギブスがはまってままなので
おとなしくしている他ありません。

重たいテントなどの装備を担ぎながら
数時間の山中行軍より(最初の3枚の写真)、

椅子に腰掛けてワシントン湖の向こうに見える
レニア山を眺めている方だけの方が
楽で、良いですね〜

歳とったかな？

Today is the first day of Memorial Weekend in the United States.
It is a three-day holiday.

It is said that this holiday marks the beginning of summer in Seattle.

Last year, I went camping in the mountains with my children.

This year, my leg is still in a cast, so I have no choice but to sit quietly.

Instead of marching in the mountains for a few hours (first three photos) Carrying a heavy tent and other equipment,

It's good to sit on a chair and look at Mount Rainier over the Washington lake.

It's easier and better.
