I wonder who named the burger "hot & groovy", Japanese or English speakers?

I think Japanese speakers chose it.  It`s not really a bad name, just... well... Can you imagine if you ordered a `Samurai Burger` or `Ninja Burger` in Australia?  How would you feel?
