We are ... for some reason ... experiencing slow Internet. It is less than 1/10 of the usual speed. Our team is trying to pinpoint the problem.

What's in the truck are available at supermarket at very cheap price currently.

While I was in Oregon, there was huge system outage at our data center. Although, it was triggered by upgrading one of he server firmware ... it is totally our responsibility. I are currently figuring out;

(1) What has happened?
(2) Why it happened?
(3) What can we do to avoid the same problem.

We are very sorry for what happened ... We are working hard to make sure the same thing will not happen again.

I went to COSTCO Japan ... I could not use COSTCO CITI VISA Card in Japan as they are still using Amex card. I had to pay cash. I wonder how it is going to change?
