You can't do it without a manual

When given a new project, many people are often saying that they don't know how to do it or that they have never done it before. In short, it's the idea that you can't do something new.

Many things in this world do not have a manual. If you think that you can't do something because you have never done it before or because there is no manual, you are saying that you have no room to grow. It is important to challenge yourself in any way you can. It is also important to learn by doing and to write down what you have learned as a manual to pass on to future generations.

Sometimes saying no because you can't do it or don't know how to do it is not necessarily the wrong response. If you were to ask me to run a marathon, I would say, "I can't do it." It's not that I'm wrong for not taking on the challenge, but it's an error in judgment on the part of the person who asked me to run the marathon.

If it's not such an obvious mistake, I think it's important to challenge yourself even if you fail. And more importantly, you should clarify what went wrong and how it went wrong. That way, others won't have to make the same mistakes over and over again.

There is no manual for everything, it's your challenge to create one.

Do your customer know what you are doing?

I have been telling people in my office that "what we can do technically" is less important that "what our customers think what we can do".

Here is a video that talks about that. You have to put yourself in the customers shoes to find to understand what they feel when we do or don't do something. When there is a problem with our system, it is important to try to solve that problem, but it is more important for our customers to know that we are doing something about the problem.

I believe in many cases the reason customers leave only when customer loose trust in our ability to communicate and get in touch with them. We need to be able to communicate with all our customers. That is thereon why Blog, Social Media, New Letters are very important in addition to customer callings and meetings.

It is about $0.50 / Gallon cheaper.
That means, with 14.5 Gallons, I saved $7.25.

I heard that Safeway gas might not contain any engine cleaner and is bad for your car.
Is that true?

New Business Development This Year

It's December and I haven't been to Japan for 22 months since my last visit in February last year because of the coronavirus and what the Japanese government calls "waterfront" measures. What amazes me is that business with Japan is still going on in this situation.

Do we need to meet face to face? It is true that it is getting harder to develop new business. However, that doesn't mean we are stopping development. What I can say is that it is a pity that we cannot talk to Japanese customers in Japan and feel the condition of Japan firsthand.

As a new venture, we launched a website called "Coach Search" in collaboration with Scheherazade Corporation (https://sahrzad.com) to introduce coaches in a database. This site allows coaches to have a web page and introduce themselves at a low cost (fixed price). Individuals and companies who need coaches can contact coaches from the site for free trial courses or sign up for coaching without paying any fees to the site. Presently there are more than 300 coaches registered on the site.

We are currently working on developing other sites using the software engine we developed for "Coach Search".
The first of these sites is called "Beauty Club" (https://biyouclub.com), which will be launched today (December 1, 2021). This is a service where beauty-related people can have a website. If you are active in the beauty industry, please register for the "Beauty Club."

We would also like to make this engine available to other industries. If you are interested, please contact us.
