Whom does PSPINC compete with and loose?
Yes, we loose to particular competitors for our web and email hosting services. No, it is not to other Internet Hosting Service companies. We actually win most of the time if we are compared to others, but we loose to two types of competitors.
First, we loose to family members. “My son does all our IT related things.” In every respect PSPINC is better than a sone of the owner, but we don’t even usually get to present our services.
Secondly, we loose to IT mangers of the larger companies. Many times IT managers think we will be eliminating their jobs when they move the server to PSPINC. They will come up with every small detail to discredit our services.
We have not come up with the strong enough argument to complete with those competitors. But, soon we believe the money and headache they suffer will move their services outside. We will be waiting for you.
I purchased a computer at Office Depot ... Did you know Office Depot has a contract with Microsoft to ask about Office purchase to their customers. It is like "Do you want a tries with that?" at McDonald's.
"Do you want an Office with it?"
"No thanks."
It is annoying.
Costco Japan is still selling iPod ... Interesting. Costco stop selling iPod in the USA.
Almost all furnitures that I ordered except a sofa are here. I have a very comfortable space here.
Other than this Bloguru, you may not know what PSPINC do. So, let me take a few posts to explain what we do. Today, I will talk about our main business.

(1) We register your internet domain name (mainly .com, .net).
(2) Setup your web space using your domain name (10GB web space).
(3) Run your email using your domain (10 email accounts with 10GB storage).
All this for $250 a year (or $25 per month) including domain registration, setup, backup, maintenance and upgrade.

PSPINC is growing about 10% every year since this recession. Yes, we are growing despite the economy. We are growing in Japan. We are growing in the US. But I think there is an opportunity to grow even more in the US for our hosting services.
There are other web & email hosting services out there but nobody offers the level of stability and services that we provide to the small to medium size corporation. What we are no too good at is the marketing ... My mission is to change that.
If you do same thing again and again, sometimes people forget how to improve what they do.
Doctors seeing so many deaths, deaths do not scare them. That is what is wrong with the medical system.
I went to Genki Sushi, Factoria. I really like Genki on Queen Anne and Broadway. But I was really disappointed at the food at Factoria. The neta (sashimi on top of sushi rice) is very small and rice are machine made with no human touch. There are rice and other junk on the floor under the table. I am sorry, I will not go there even if every plate is $1. It was not $1 yesterday. Don't waste your money going Genki in Factoria. I just hope other Genki became like Factoria.
I remember when Costco opened in Makuhari, Chiba, Japan. I used go there and found only few customers. Now, there is a line to get into the parking lot of all Costco. It is one of a success stories by US companies!
All our cars gets over 40MPG (with exception of Honda Minivan). We have Honda Civic Hybrid, Toyota Prius Hybrid., Honda Odyssey, Two Smart for Tow. You can say we are ECO Friendly.
