When our business buys something (anything) from vendors, we select vendors whom buy something from us.
To create a successful business relationships, both party must benefit from each other. If one can only buy and one can only sell, that is not be a long term business relationship.
We truly believe that. So, what can we give you today?
Our golf tournament will take place at Aldarra Golf Club a week from today. As of today we have 110 players signed up and the field is full. Thank you for participating. Hopefully the weather will be nice on Monday.
Do you know if your company is arrogant or lost touch with the real world?
Here are some points I found on Internet.
1. You hire and develop great people but then fail to listen to their input if it is nonconformist thinking.
2. Your company rationalizes its mistakes instead of learning from them.
3. Your company focuses almost exclusively on financial success with little regard for legacy and social impact.
4. Your company lobbies against sound regulations because they may add complexity to the way you operate.
5. Your leaders pat themselves on the back when the company succeeds financially, even though success derived from market forces rather than actual performance.
6. Your leaders believe the company can't fail.
7. Your leaders dictate more than they listen.
8. The company underestimates its competition and minimizes the success competitors achieve.
9. Access to top leadership in the company requires wading through multiple layers of bureaucracy.
10. There is a focus on amassing the trappings of success: large, well-appointed offices, chauffeured cars, private jets, and the like.
11. Your company doesn't become a partner in a merger; it takes over, losing the value of the culture and learning the other organization might have provided.
12. Your company suffers from "Not Invented Here Syndrome," believing it holds the monopoly on great ideas, so that innovations coming from the outside ("Not Invented Here") are deemed to hold little value.

Simply put, sex in advertising is the use of sexually provocative or erotic imagery (or sounds, suggestions and subliminal messages) that are specifically designed to arouse interest in a particular product, service or brand.
Typically, sex refers to beautiful women (and increasingly, handsome men) that are used to lure in a viewer, reader or listener, despite a tenuous a non-existent link to the brand being advertised.
It's been said that as human beings, we have a lizard or reptilian brain that responds to certain primal urges. Food is one. Sex and reproduction is definitely another. This underlying, pre-programmed disposition to respond to sexual imagery is so strong, it has been used for over 100 years in advertising.
Statistically speaking, since most Corporate IT related decisions are made by man, we should be using sexy lady to promote our services. I placed some of the advertisements that use SEX as ways to get attention. One thing for sure, non of the products advertised here have anything to do with SEX.
Unfortunately, what it proves is … Men has a lizard or reptilian brain.
I took delivery of the car I bought on Monday today from Barrier Porsche just now. It took until today to get a new tire for this car (just one tire). When I went to pick it up, the car had all the used car paper stack on the window so the service person ask me to wait at the lobby while they prep. the car.
After about 15 minutes the car was read. I drove back to the office. The first thing I noticed was the gas was not full. Besides, not a one sales person came to say thank you. I guess they are so used to customer spending $100K, they forgot what they need to do if you are not spending that kind of money. Very sad and disappointed.
It is a good business lesson to me and my company. I don't want to forget to treat every customer like they are the only customer we have.
This is something every small business owner should watch.

Do you know the Mutual Business is?
Simple way to explain what the Mutual Business is, I buy things from the people who buy from us. It is the way to create a mutually beneficial relation ship with the people you do business with.
We joined Seattle Executives Association (http://www.saettleexcs.org) to market our products to a member and their friends 10 years ago. We ended up buying more things from the members of the association. But also many of them became our customers. It is a very good mutually beneficial relationship.
We are always looking for new customers … but our goal also is to do business with our customers.
Ten Sushi, one of our customers, had 1 year anniversary last month. We have sponsored the 1/2 off Sushi on June 30th. There were many other companies did other events at Ten Sushi all during the month of June.
To thank usb Mr. Takahashi, out together a party tonight. we enjoyed lots of foods with good company.
