Autonation's Tire and Wheel Coverage

I’m angry and frustrated. When I bought my car from AutoNation Ford of Bellevue, I also purchased their 5-year Tire and Wheel Protection Plan—it cost me nearly $1,000.

Recently, I scraped a curb and damaged my tire. I had the car flat-bedded back to AutoNation Ford for repairs under this plan.

Claim denied.
Why?
Because it was “caused by scraping the curb.” Seriously? Isn’t that exactly what this kind of coverage is supposed to protect against?

If AutoNation tries to sell you this Tire and Wheel Protection Plan—don’t buy it. It’s expensive and covers nothing.
