Differentiation

When thinking about the term "differentiation," many people focus on the product. They often consider aspects like having more features or being cheaper. However, differentiation should not be about how the product is consumed but about understanding the customer's feelings. It is essential to communicate that this product has the features that meet their needs. Making customers feel special is crucial. This may be a marketing gimmick, but customers don’t understand the technical details. Differentiation means understanding what the customer needs and recommending the product that fits those needs.

差別化

寂し家という言葉を考えたときに、多くの人は商品の差別化を考える。より、たくさんの機能が付いているとか、安いとかを考えることが多いのではないだろうか。しかし、差別化という言葉は、商品の食べ方ではなく、買う人の気持ちになって差別化を行うことが必要なのではないか。 この商品はあなたの必要とするこの機能がありますといったように、お客様にとって寂しをしてあげることが本当に必要だと思います。これはマーケティングのギミックかもしれませんが、お客様は細かい技術的な話などをしてもわかりません。お客様の必要な事は何なのか と言うことを考え、それに合った商品をお勧めすることが差別化だと思います。
