２つ目は、Gmail が外部のメールサーバにアクセスすることができるため、自身が所有する外部のメールサーバを使用する方法です。具体的には、Gmail の「アカウントとインポート」設定で「外部アカウントを追加」を選択し、外部メールアカウントのサーバ名、ポート番号、アカウント名、およびパスワードを入力します。
Gmail は優れたメールシステムであり、ビジネスにも利用できますが、そのまま @gmail.com のアドレスを使用するのではなく、ビジネスで使用する場合は自身のドメインを利用することをお勧めします。
Many people use Gmail for business emails. Gmail is a free email service with a large storage capacity, and it can be accessed from a PC, smartphone, or tablet, making it a very stable email system. However, when using it for business purposes, it is desirable to exchange emails with your own domain. There are two ways to do this with Gmail.
The first way is to use a service called Google Workspace. With Google Workspace, you can use Gmail with your own domain.
The second way is to use an external mail server that you own, as Gmail can access external mail servers. Specifically, you can add an external email account to Gmail by selecting "Add an external account" in the "Accounts and Import" settings of Gmail, and entering the server name, port number, account name, and password for the external email account.
While Gmail is an excellent email system that can be used for business purposes, it is recommended that you use your own domain instead of the @gmail.com address if you are using it for business purposes.
