Resumable Upload Feature Added to MegaMail

With this feature, you are now able to pause and resume your large file upload. A spotty internet connection or a computer crash can happen anywhere at any time. Even if you close your browser window or refresh the page, MegaMail resumable upload remembers where you were and lets you continue the upload with no problems!

We have developed and implemented a HELP DESK system allowing our customers to email any questions or problems they have to our customer support team. This is done by simply emailing your problem to support@pspinc.com. When using HELP DESK you can choose any email address you have access to.

When the email enters the system, it is placed in a pool where our support staff can answer each one-by-one in the order they are received - this way, no email gets lost.

This HELP DESK system is built on the PILOT.PSPINC.COM platform, which is a FREE CRM software system where anyone can sign up. HELP DESK is a paid add-on but I want you to try it for FREE. We have no plan to charge for this service to any small businesses so long as there is a ‘Stay-Home’ order in effect.
