The cat is cute, then what is a clinging thing around the cat's neck? The objects like owls are pretty good.
What Owen was looking at as having a Dango?

Oh - I didn`t notice that thing on the cat`s neck. I guess it`s a flea collar.

I think Owen was watching people walking past while he ate dango. They often said "Oh - Cute baby!" so he looked at them.
