Yes - one reason I never drank Chang beer when I lived in (or visited) Thailand was because the alcohol content was so high - dangerous in such a hot country! I was surprised to learn it is made weaker for other countries.
Owen is cool in the festival! He was exciting, wasn't he?
It seems very delicious that you introduced Thai dishes.I would try to eat them some day,but I worry about thm that are spicy.
Thai food is famous for being very spicy, but actually, there are many delicious dishes which are not spicy e.g. boiled chicken on rice, or noodles with soup & red pork, or stewed pork on rice; even young children & New Zealanders can eat these dishes.
The Spicy papaya salad sounds interesting. We have been making paw-paw salad lately, initially from Araya's recipe. Somewhat bland, but it came good with some extras like tomato and crushed peanuts.
But hold the fish sauce!
I have a lot of hobbies & interests, and I`ll be writing about some of them on this blog. If you enjoy what you read, please leave a comment. I`ll try to use simple English so even if you`re not confident about reading English, I think you can understand. Thanks for visiting my blog!
