When I lived Brisbane,I watchcd 「The Simpsons」 every Sunday, 
however it didn't make progress my English skill. 
 
But I'm sure , 
reading comic is a good way to leaning language. 
The best way is make a girlfriend or boyfriend, don't you think so? 
 
 
 
 
 
I like dog & cat. 
I have a cat. 
I think ,cat is my family. 
 
BUT 
I don't understand 
people who dress there pet in clothes. 
 
Do you think 
 dogs&cats want to wear clothes??

Did you watch The Simpsons in English? If so, then it probably helped your English a bit, even though you didn`t realise it. 

I guess animals generally don`t like wearing clothes, but maybe some get used to it & don`t mind.
