It is Acacia baileyana. It is the result of my research. But sometimes it is called Mimosa or Mimosa Acacia in Japan.
I sometimes see it somewhere. But I've never searched for that name. Thank you for giving such a chance.

Answer number 1: There was a bird`s nest in this tree, only about 1.5 metres from the ground. In the nest there were two eggs. I hope they`re safe from cats & snakes...
Answer number 2: At first, I thought this tree was a Golden Wattle, which is the national flower of Australia - I was surprised! But actually, as Makie & Michiko correctly commented, it`s a Mimosa, which is different.
