What is the seal on the lid of the bottle? I cannot understand the letters printed on the seal. In the next photo, you seem to be in the bathtub with the cookies in your hand. Don't you think so?

The bottle is Thai whisky. Strong alcohol in Thailand always has this paper seal on the top - it`s a kind of government rule.
I`m not in the bath! It`s my train bed (near the ceiling), & I was eating potato chips, not cookies. Tastes good with whisky & cola...
