I went to a hospital yesterday with my parents. While we are waiting for my fathers doctor, there was a BP machine. I did it and this was my result. My doc in the US told me that my high BP should be under 120. I need to make it lower I think.

Bloguru.com had a feature called Group Blog which enables people to have a blog open to members only. Bloguru.com is a commercial free blog service, it does not make sense to support Group Blog when it contributes nothing back to other Bloguru.com users. Besides, we have ben reported some unworthy sites operating under Bloguru.com Group Blog.

As we announced about few months ago, we are making Group Blog a paid service. The price will be $20/Yaer for individual and $200/Year for corporation. For those who operate Group Blog, you will be notified from the office soon. You will have three options.

Using Twiiter

I have restarted using Twitter. I think I am starting to understand how to use Twitter. I am following about 7 people (companies) and 5 people are following me. Following means that I am presented with those peoples posting on my Twitter page. But as I follow more people, I will be presented with more posting everyday. That means I will not b able to read everything. I do not know what the optimal number of people to follow.

Yesterday, Twitter was not reacting very fast ... few minuets later I found out there was a technical error. I think Twitter is still not technically sound yet. I am not saying they are bad. I think they are growing so fast that they are having difficulty keeping up. It is a very good position to be in i you are well funded.
