On my way to Los Angeles

I am at the UNITED lounge at the airport waiting for my flight to Los Angles.

This is my first trip to LA in 2 or 3 years. I went to college there, so it was used to by home for almost five years.

I am looking forward to go there. but I do not have much time for myself. I don't even have time to go visit my college. It is kind of far away from downtown LA.

I did not sleep very much last night. I also forgot to bring my GPS. I was charging it in my house and I forgot about it. When I left home, I had a feeling I for got something. But I did not what. Now I know what. Well, at least I remembered I forgot something. That is better than forgetting that I forgot, isn't it.

I only slept about 4 hours ... I will try to sleep on the plane.

PSP HQ Micro Data Center

PSP Micro Data Center is getting very close to being finished. We will have power sometime this week. The cables you see on the grounds are the cable to bring Puget Sound Energy power to the room. Also, they will be connected to the power generators next year.

Mayumi is back in the office.

Mayumi Nakamura is back in the office today. Everybody is very happy to see her back. She still have some more doctors visits but she looked very good. We could not believe she had a surgery just over a week ago.

New Entry Door

We have replace the 30 year old wood door and frame with the latest steel door and frames. This will farther reduce heart and cooling requirements of the building.

It is done today for R&D building and new doors will be installed on HQ tomorrow.

I had a chance to play 9 holes today. I shot 46, 20 putts, nothing to brag. But it was really nice to go out on the course without getting wet.

Black Friday

Today is a black Friday ... it is one of the biggest shopping days in the US. Some stores open from the mid night. After morning walk, we went to a premier outlet in Marysville. It was really clouded but not as bad as I was expecting.

I took Mayumi and her mom from Japan there. It is good to see Mayumi walking about. It has been only a week since her surgery.

I took a lot of pictures but I forgot to bring a cable to download the photos. This picture was taken this morning with mu BlackBerry this morning,

i purchased 4GB SD for $9.99

Today (Thanksgiving day), I purchased 4GB SD Card for $9.99 at Walgreens. They were open and already have some special items for sale. This was a great deal. They also had 15" LCD TV for $99 ... It was by Westinghouse but did not seem like a good TV.
