Promoting Japan 100 Years Ago

My friend sent me a link to a web site that has many images from 100 year ago Japan. Those picture are used to tourism to Japan.

Even back then images of girls were used to promote. "SEX SELLS" was already there 100 years ago. Those images are very foreign to me. They don't look very authentic but they might be what it was in Japan 100 years ago.

Talking about promotion, PSPINC is not very good at promoting its image and products. We need to really think about the our PR strategy. But then again I am in product design and development.

For instance, we purchased Subaru in our Southern California operations because Fuji Heavy Industries in Washington is our clients. For that reason, we will probably buy more Subaru cars for our Washington operations as well.

We are nearing the final stage of development of Cloud Based Photo Sharing System called "Web de Photo" version 2. You can upload bunch of photos to your album and share them with or without the password.

When you can buy a 9" Android Tablet for $50, why is that by having names like Apple, Samsung and Microsoft on the tablet will cost much more? Their cost must be close or below $50 too. By having the m=names like Apple, Samsung and Microsoft would mean better products ... are they? Or is it like a fashion statement. I guess it is both function and fashion.

Japanese Company Golf Tournament

I was invited to play at the company sponsored golf tournament with 119 players. It was one of the biggest tournament I have ever been. They have provide breakfast, lunch and dinner with drink.

I dod not play so well but it was a fun event. Most of players are Who's Who in the Japanese IT industries.
