- Ken Uchikura Newsletter Vol. 311 The "Welcome Home" Spirit at PSPINC
In Japan, “irasshaimase (いらっしゃいませ)” is the standard way to greet customers. At PSPINC, however, we aim to welcome our customers with a heartfelt "okaerinasai (おかえりなさい)," or "welcome home"—a phrase typically used between family members. One of our core beliefs is to create an environment that feels warm and reassuring, a place where our customers feel like they’re returning to somewhere familiar and welcoming.
In larger companies, customers may be addressed by usernames or ID numbers. At PSPINC, we strive to remember each customer's name and welcome them as individuals. The relationships we build from the first visit naturally evolve over the years into a bond of trust, making "welcome home" the phrase that best captures this connection.
Our relationship with customers goes beyond business transactions; it’s a deeper bond of trust. So, if you have any questions, concerns, or new ideas, please feel free to stop by or give us a call anytime. We aim to be a place that feels like home for you and your business.
In the midst of busy days, we strive to be a place of comfort—a space where you can find peace of mind. We do our best to live up to the "welcome home" we greet you with.
We look forward to continuing to be that welcoming place for you at PSPINC. Thank you for your ongoing trust and partnership.
