Washington State just became the first state to pass the law allowing casual sales and use of marijuana. This state bans cigarette smoking basically everywhere and now making it legal to smoke marijuana?

So that means, companies like ours must allow marijuana usage during the break? Or is it legal for the company to ban marijuana use during the work hours?
