Arrived in Japan ... Very warm!

After almost 10 hours of flight, I have arrived in Japan. it is 90F here and humidity is like a steam bath. I will sleep soon, as I have a few appointments already tomorrow.

Not taking iPad

My Japan business trip starts today. I was thinking about taking iPad instead if any other computer. But after careful consideration, I have decided not to take iPad with me on this trip.

Here are some reasons.

- I need to take wireless hub in order to connect at the hotel. They only provide wired Internet.

- iPad crashed once and was unable to restart until it was connected to iMac. I am not going to take chance.

- I need to take keyboard (wireless) with me to be productive.

- It looks cool ... too cool for business.

I will post blog from Japan. See you back in Seattle in 10 days.

Apple G4 Problem

Depending on how you hold your cellular phone, number of antenna would go down. Apple is suggesting there is no problem.

I prove that the antenna would go down when I hold my htc Android phone. Is it another No.1 bashing? It is tough to be No.1, isn't it.

It is known as SUKIYAKI SONG in the US. This song came out in the summer of 1963. The singer, Kyu Sakamoto was 22 at that time. He died in the Plane accident known as JAL 123 in August 12, 1985. JAL 123, Boeing 747SR-46, lost its tail ladder on the way from Tokyo to Osaka. 520 people lost their life with 4 people survived in this accident.

Above is the only picture left of JAL 123 in flight. There is no tail ladder.

This is called "SHIMA UTA" (Island Song) and was very popular few years back. This song was used by European soccer team for their cheers.

(2) Cheaper price

Changes at Starbucks

Starbucks has been proving Wi-Fi service at their locations but it was not free. The service was provided by T-Mobile.

Now it has changed.

The service is now provided by at&t and it is free. It is about time for the business like Starbucks to provide free Internet connectivities.
