here are few people sending me a message about massive landslide. It happened near the city of Oso on State Route 530. I cannot pinpoint where the landslide is but I think it is in the area I circled.We are fine … thank you.

This is an old photo I found inside a book. This picture was taken on January 17, 1995 in Ashiya Japan where may parents lived. The 7 floor condo (Ashiya Sunny Hill) became inhabitable after this day. I am so happy that the building was standing after 7.2 earthquake. They lived on 5th floor.
