If you have 10 accounts, that is $1,200 per year to start. It does not even include domain name. Some people say, it includes Microsoft Office License ... Does it? Online version are good for viewing not for writing or creating.

Don't take me wrong. Microsoft 365 is a good product, but not for smaller companies.
