Business Opportunities
Business opportunities won’t come to you if you do nothing. No one really knows what to do, but everyone knows that nothing will change unless you do something. The Covid-19 pandemic of 2020 drastically narrowed the scope of our business activities. In other words, opportunities aren’t as accessible as they used to be. This may help businesses stay in business, but there aren’t as many opportunities for people to create new business.
Speaking of 2020, the U.S. government spent more money than ever before while having a democratic president. This may have led to an unprecedented rise in prices within the U.S. Moreover, the main source of our business, which consists of our sales in Japan, has shifted because the Japanese yen depreciated tremendously last year. The triple punch of Covid-19, high prices, and a weak yen value unfortunately negatively impacted our business.
So, we decided 2023 will be our year of recovery. Recently, I took some business trips to Japan in October as well as in January. Now, I’ll be going again in March. We believe we must create business opportunities. And to that end, it’s important to meet many people to let them know who we are and hear what they have to say.
