I will be traveling to Japan starting on Wednesday (10/12/2022).
I am on law or reduced salt diet, and Japan is one of the most difficult places to find reduced salt diet.

Foods in Japan are very good and inexpensive due to the exchange rate.

確かに日本食での塩分制限は大変です。
でも、全体には減塩傾向の食事になっているように思います。
