Yesterday, it cost me almost $80 to fill up my Subaru at $5.199 per gallon even at Costco. I cannot imagine people driving full size truck for living like landscapers and construction workers. Based on the data from the website (https://www.globalpetrolprices.com/Japan/gasoline_prices/) the gas price in Japan is about $4.35 per gallon) ... That is insane. Japan has no oil production and must import 100% of oil it uses. The US has one of the most oil rich nations and still imports most of its oil. Why is it hat gas prices in Japan are lower than the US?
