New and Existing Customers
Companies utilize many methods of marketing to attract new customers, such as advertising and incentives. These include "switching" campaigns and new registration coupons. However, many companies have no activities once you sign up.
It is easier to keep existing customers than to attract new ones, but the interesting thing is that once you become a customer, no one usually contacts you.
This is like pouring water into a bucket with a hole in it, don't you think? Shouldn't we take care of our existing customers first, before trying to reach new ones?
