When I talk with any Tesla owner, they do swear by it. They tell me how great the car is and so on. They are not paid by Tesla to say this things. They do believe in the products and want to spread the words. Doesn't that sound like religious evangelism?
This is exactly an evangelism and those users are evangelists. As a business owner, you need to create a brand image to your existing clients to love your product and service enough to spread that words. You need to create evangelists.
