I picked up Tiny (Mayumi's Dog) this morning at her house and walked River Trail near the 60 Acres Field. The field was closed for construction ... what are they building?

The city or county mast have so much money that they need to burn. Or they may have a very close relationship with the companies or contractors. When almost all businesses are trying to save money, any government or agencies trying to spend the money of people who are trying their best to save money is not right.
