Gmail is a very useful tool. However, if you are going to use it for business, I recommend that you use Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) instead of the free version. Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert your free Google Gmail to Google Workspace, but there are tools available to help you migrate.
As for what you can do with Google Workspace, there are many services, but I think the biggest thing is the large space and security it offers in regards to email. In terms of price, the cheapest plan is $6 per month in the U.S., or ¥680 in Japanese yen, which is a bit cheaper than Microsoft Office 365 at $9.99 per month.
Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 have irregular spam detection and will reject mail from your domain behind the scenes. This can cause communication problems. This must be done at the user level with Google Workspace, but not with free-to-use Gmail. This is very unsuitable for business.
If you want to use Gmail, we recommend that you upgrade to Google Workspace or have a mail server. Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. offers an email-only service for $99/year for 10 email accounts. Please contact me if you are interested.

When you create a website or web program or for that mater any computer programming, you should expect the user to do things you have near think about. You can tell user the thing you should not do, but even if they did, the program should be able to handle rather than crash.

Both Olympic, Google and NBC Websites lists Taiwan as "Chinese Taipei".
You can tell which side they are when it comes their political standings.
Why don't you recognize Taipei as an independent country.
Believe or not, Japan NHK site lists and call Taiwan as Taiwan. I am proud of it.

It is said that messages are created in the following order.
"We have a new product," "It has these features," and "You can use it in this way."
This is the usual structure of a message when selling a product. However, there is no emotion in this message. People don't buy functions, they buy dreams in many cases. So, general messages, function comparison, price comparison, etc. are important. For example, when you are thinking of buying a bag, how do you choose the right one? Is it the purpose or the price? If purpose and price are the only important factors, then you can just go to a cheap bag store and buy the bag you need at a reasonable price. However, if you are buying a brand-name bag, why? "Because it looks good," "Because Mr. _______ has it," or because there is a sense of added value, such as "I saw it in a movie."
The marketing message that creates a value that is not based on use and price is not the same message structure I described at the beginning. It requires a message structure that is completely the opposite.
WHY → HOW → WHAT
This is because strange as it may seem, price and use are not important factors. The first message is to tell people about your dream, and this product is the result of that. Why don't you think about a marketing message that considers this process?
Martin Luther King, Jr. did not begin his speech with an "I want to do this" message. It started with "I have a dream...". What is your dream for your product?

When you have an idea to start something, what do you do first? I try to make a prototype to see how I can turn my idea into a product. However, many people try very hard to research the value of the product, its uses, the size of the market, and similar products. And after thinking and thinking, they decide whether to make it or not. Well, once you have thought that far, a lot of negative factors come to mind, in addition to the positive ones you first thought of.
It's okay if you end up giving up or quitting after thinking it through, but it creates a situation where you can't go forward or backward, saying "wait and see." Living in the U.S., I think this situation is especially common among Japanese people. This is why people say that Japan cannot say "Yes" or "No".
In short, they think too much and can't reach a conclusion. There is no such thing as "100%" or "absolute" in this world. Even if you are told "it will be fine" or "there is no room for failure," there is no way to know what will happen if you haven't tried. Instead, I think it's important to start with a range where it's okay to fail.
I think small and medium-sized companies and individual companies must have the attitude of "giving up" or even "being able to give up" if they cannot succeed after trying their best. If they don't have this attitude, they will never be able to beat the big companies. It's scary when this attitude is born in big companies, but I believe that small and medium-sized companies and individual companies can still win in various fields because big companies cannot research, investigate, and act.

I am traveling to San Diego tomorrow.
I will be back on Thursday night.
On think that I hate is that I have to wake up early to catch the 7:15am flight.
But I must say I should be happy to be able to travel.
This is my third trip to San Diego since March 2020.

On this day, July 7, 1987, I applied to register my company, Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. as a Washington State Corporation in Olympia, the capital of the State of Washington.
I've been looking back and thinking about my business and what I've been doing for the past 34 years. A business is about making something and selling it to make money. However, I'm not in the business of selling directly to end-users. My company does sell services to end-users, but most of our income comes from providing our services to distributors, who then sell them to end-users.
When we were exporting software, we sold our products wholesale to distributors in Japan. Internet hosting is also a big part of our business, and we sell to our distributors (we call them partners). Also, we have been working with our partners to develop systems through joint proposals. We will continue this trend, but from now on, we would like to develop and provide services that we can sell directly to end-users.
Of course, we would also like to provide OEM services to our partners as white labeling for the services we have developed for end-users. We are currently updating the PSPINC website to introduce these services in an easy-to-understand manner. Please check it out.

To maintain high standard of service, businesses need to practice. That is no different from the game golf. If you want to play better, you need to practice. Sometime you need a coach to make sure you are practicing collectedly.

I've heard people say things like "what will be will be" and "be spontaneous." In short, I think it means not to go against the flow. What does it mean to let nature take its course? For example, if no one lives in a house, it will fall apart in a few years. Why is that? As the old saying goes, "Moss does not grow on a rolling stone." I believe that if nothing is done, moss will grow on it.
Therefore, if we continue to do the same thing in the same way, our work will eventually grow moss. I believe that always working against the flow will give birth to a business sense. That's why I always think of "new products," "improvements," and "upgrades" in my work.
What do you do to prevent moss from growing? Do you always have something in mind? Do you take notes of what comes to your mind? Have you tried something new today? Are you naturally rotten? I believe that doing nothing is the same as waiting for things to rot. I want to improve myself through action, not reaction.
