There is not a single month that passes without some kind of issue arises from the buildings you own. Thanks to Josh Miller of Wirecraft Electric, we are replacing many flood lights to LED lights which should last 20 years. Hopefully those lights will not be my problem in 20 years.

Companies are leaving California for better business environment. Companies in Los Angeles are moving to Las Vegas and Austin. Companies in Silicon Valkey are moving to Reno and Seattle.

Amazon fire

I have setup and tried Amazon fire.

It is more like a tablet than a ebook reader like other Amazon Kindles. Setting up the fire require you to enter your Amazon account which made it act like a Amazon purchasing terminal. One the tablet was setup, setting up email was easy. For $80, you can't really go wrong.

If you are looking for a tablet that has a very good screen and easy to use, this may not be too bad for this price.

I bought a Jaguar XF for my wife because it had a great offer. Few days ago, we notice the crack on the windshield. I arrange the replacement but something unexpected happened.

Jaguar told us there is no spare windshield anywhere in the US and they need to ship it from the UK and it will take at least three weeks. This would not have happened for most of other imports including Mercedes and BMW. I think I would not consider purchasing a car from Jaguar/Rand Rover knowing they do not have infrastructure and stock to service their vehicles. But that is something we really never think about when you buy a car.
