Mile A Day Walk for Recovery

After the Seattle Executives Association lunch meeting in Seattle. I came back to the office and walk around the block. So far I walked over 2.7 miles today. I think I am walking (although I walk slow) over 2 miles everyday nowadays. Considering two months ago, I was bed bound and could not even go the bathroom, this is great!!!
