It is 2:30pm on Friday ... I walked around the office building and mange to get up to 1 mile today. My goal is to walk at least a mile everyday. Considering 2 month ago, I was barely able to walk few feet, it is such an accomplishment.
My legs are still weak and I need to build muscle. It was very easy to loose it but to gain or build muscle, it is such a hard work.
