In a perfect world, if the process is good, you can expect good results. But this is not a perfect world. A good process often does not produce the result you want. At the same time a good result may come from a bad process.
Let’s change the word “process” with “hard work”.
Does hard work always produce good results? You know the answer to that. How about a good result always come from hard work? You know the answer to that as well. Work is a game of percentage. You cannot predict the result … all you can do is control the processes. That is why you try to manage the processes as much as you can to increase the chance of success.
Let’s change the word “process” with “hard work” again.
You know hard work does not always produce good results. But do you think hard work will increase the chances of a good result? I will not answer that question. It is you who must decide whether you can't succeed or not by increasing your chances.
