I would not hire people driving the car with tires like this.But that is just me.
When you come to work, you dress up in business appropriate attire.
Your company car represent your company.
Those are the things I look at to judge the company.
The the service car shows up with the dinged car with worn off tire, you really think twice about using the company. Or you just care about the price?
