No tail wing.The plane lost all hydronic system but flew for 17 minutes by engine power control only.
What was I doing?
I remember working as a sales person coming back to the office and watched TV showing the list of people's names. I asked what happened and learned the plane has crushed.
I fly a lot and every time I fly, I think about that day.

Kyu Sakamoto, Japanese singer was on the JAL 123. You know the SUKIYAKI song.
