KLM needs better support.

I finally got the arrival information on the Port of Seattle SEATAC airport arrival web site. I have never flown on KLM but this type of service makes not want to use KLM. When very one is selling same thing, you choose your vendor based on three things.
(1) Price
(2) Reputation
(3) Service
Can a website help a company?
The answer is "YES". It also can hurt the company too.
